Vehicle For Sale Offer to Purchase

1. All offers must be received by the close of business.
2. All offers must be in a sealed envelope.
3. If your offer is accepted, you will have TWO (2) DAYS from the date you are notified that your offer is accepted to pay for and pick up the vehicle. If additional days are needed, TWO (2) additional days maximum, a deposit of $50.00 will be required. If you decide after the TWO (2) additional days to withdraw your offer your $50.00 deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. If after the initial TWO (2) days of your offer being accepted and we do not hear from you we will withdraw your offer and repost the auto for sale.
5. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and are not covered by any warranty, either of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, either stated or implied. We make no statements as to the fitness of the vehicle for any intended purpose or use.
6. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL OFFERS.
7. Purchaser is aware of and acknowledges that this vehicle was repossessed from the registered owner. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that this sale could be subject to the effect, if any, of a potential bankruptcy filing by the registered owner. Purchaser agrees that in the event title to the vehicle is successfully challenged by a bankruptcy estate or its trustee, and the vehicle is surrendered to Seller of the bankruptcy estate, Purchaser’s recourse is limited to a return of the purchase price of the vehicle minus the cost of repairs for any damages to the vehicle caused by Purchaser.
